表面活性剂是一大类有机化合物,它们的性质极具特色,应用极为灵活广泛,有很大的实用价值和理论意义。近期,表面活性剂在生命科学、能源科学、信息材料以及许多高新技术的发展中起到了重要的作用,成为物理、化学、生物三大基础学科和许多技术部门共同关心的领域。本课程通过介绍表面活性剂的基本概念、界面化学与胶体化学性质、混合表面活性剂体系的基本性质以及表面活性剂的一些基本性质来引导学生学习和探索表面活性剂的知识以及作用原理。 Surfactants are a large class of organic compounds, which are very characteristic, and they are extremely flexible and widely used. They have great practical value and theoretical significance. Recently, surfactants have played an important role in the development of life sciences, energy sciences, information materials and many high and new technologies. They have become a common area of interest for the three basic disciplines of physics, chemistry, and biology, and many technical departments. This course introduces the basic concepts of surfactants, interface chemistry and colloidal chemistry, the basic properties of mixed surfactant systems, and some basic properties of surfactants to guide students in learning and exploring the knowledge and action principle of surfactants.

(Surfactants are a large class of organic compounds, whichare very characteristic, and they are
extremely flexible and widely used. They have great practical value and theoreticalsignificance.
Recently, surfactants have played an important role in the development of lifesciences, energy
sciences, information materials and many high and new technologies. They havebecome a
common area of interest for the three basic disciplines of physics, chemistry,and biology, and
many technical departments. This course introduces the basic concepts ofsurfactants, interface
chemistry and colloidal chemistry, the basic properties of mixed surfactantsystems, and some
basic properties of surfactants to guide students in learning and exploring theknowledge and
action principle of surfactants.)
